By AUDACITY has been the title of my upcoming release since the plot bunny for it first burst out of the bushes and attacked me like the rabbit from Monty Python. But as with all things in the publishing process, a change had to be made.
AUDACITY will be hitting the digital shelves as THE WOLF QUEEN. Although hesitant about this change at first (and what author isn’t?), I really like the new title. I think it’s more clear than AUDACITY that it’s a genre novel featuring a badass heroine. After all, it is Thusnelda’s story.
To celebrate this milestone, here is the playlist I created and listened to incessantly while drafting the book. That’s right, you, too, can enjoy almost 10 hours of epic scores and Mongolian metal to get you in the headspace for diving into the Cherusci world. Enjoy!
